Short Rib Ragu

Beef short ribs slowly braise until fall-apart tender with simple vegetables, fresh herbs, tomatoes, & red wine, creating a hearty, & boldly flavored ragu. Toss it into pappardelle pasta and coated in that same flavorful ragu sauce. Served with a side salad.
