Rubbed w/ garlic, oregano, mint, salt and pepper this tender pork tenderloin is pan seared to form a tasty crust and then finished in the oven. It is served on a bed of creamy risotto prepared w/ white wine, chicken broth, parmesan cheese, garlic and onions. Garnished w/ green peas and fresh asparagus.
