Flank Steak w/ Potato Salad


Marinated in Italian dressing the flank steak is then grilled and sliced and served w/ potato salad made w/ sweet potatoes, tiny golden potatoes, green onion, baby arugula,diced Granny Smith apples and a light vinaigrette prepared w/ mustard seeds, honey, cider vinegar and a dash of hot sauce.
